Reliable Equipment Pays Off

Thomas Peck of Crookston, MN headed to the woods on the first day of muzzleloader season, with his Stag Horn rifle loaded with a PowerBelt bullet. As this photo proves, reliable equipment and lots of practice paid off with this respectable 11 pointer!

Aiming for a Trophy

After a long hike above the tree-line, Joe Gutierrez managed to control fatigue and buck fever to take this "monster" 5x7 182 3/8ths Mule deer at over 200 yards.

This beautiful 10 point was taken by Pete Stoneberg of Sheridan, Illinois.

Jim Powers, pictured here, poses with a very respectable 10 pointer he took in December of 2000. One PowerBelt bullet from 110 yards dropped the buck in its tracks.

Dudley McGarity - Sub-Zero weather and howling winds did not stop him from achieving success on a December 2000 mule deer hunt in Nebraska. Dudley stalked the 5x5 to within 85 yards!
